Like a Brooklyn Bros. Pizza, the finest pizzas are baked in a stone oven at 600° or higher. At these temperatures the dough is shocked and springs into a light, airy crust while taking on a lightly charred appearance.  The Pizzaiola (Pizza Maker & Oven Manager) must manage the oven at all times. A perfectly cooked pizza pie crust will have a smokey, crisp flavor.

The ingredients we use are of the highest quality. We use fresh whole milk mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, handmade sausage and local hand-picked vegetables. Our toppings have intense flavor, so we recommend that you select only a few for your pizza so as to taste them each individually.

We keep our pies simple so your palate can enjoy the perfect marriage of ingredients and craft that is a Brooklyn Bros. Pizza. Mangia!
